Leadership Module 1 – Coaching skills for managers

It is with great pleasure we now again can offer our exciting leadership training series in Egypt. First module in coming up in February 2020 is Coaching skills for managers.

It has been our ambition for some time to bring to Egyptian managers not only access to Global Leadership and Organisational Tools but to support with ideas and ‘know-how’ about the cultural context of Egypt.

This series of training modules for Egyptian mangers to enable them to keep up to speed with various methods, tools and techniques, over and above general management training. We all need to be energised, inspired and share ideas – especially in times of rapid change, unexpected challenges and uncertainty – that extra stimuli will keep our teams focused, effective and enthusiastic about their work.

We also offer these modules to be run in-house to be part of a corporate, internal leadership development programme. Keep tuned as we already have new ideas for the coming year, 2020, with a further set of topics and guest trainers.

Further courses coming soon are:

Module 2 – Improving Organisational Relationships

Module 3 – Leading in tough times

Module 4 – Building team culture
